Paul encourages each person to test her own work instead of comparing herself with others. Comparison steals joy and distorts calling. God is not asking you to run her race — He's asking you to run yours faithfully.

Father, forgive me for the times I've looked sideways instead of looking to You. Help me celebrate others freely and walk confidently in the path You've given me. In Jesus' name, amen.
